According to mythology, on a journey around the earth the Sun God - Helios - saw the island of Rhodes and chose it for his home and named it after his wife "Rhodos". Rhodes has everything and more that you could possibly expect from a Greek island with some of the most sensational beaches stretching as far as the eye can see, with sun bleached villages, rising up the sides of baren hills and steeped in centuries of history and mythology.

At the cross-rads of East and West is Rhodes with its outstanding monuments of Ancient, Byzantine and Mediaval Greece as constant reminders of the area`s turbulent history including the occupation by the knights of St. John in the thirteenth century.

One of Rhodes` highlights is the village of Lindos with its pretty jumble of white-washed houses, dominated by an imposing Acropolis with its famous Doric Temple - the perfect example of a typical Greek scene. The largest of the Dodecanese islands, Rhodes has the best sunshine record in Greece and as an alternative to the sandy beaches and bustling town life offers lush greenery and cool mountain springs.

Rhodes, today however, is more than that. DAY 1
Arrival at Rhodes and transfer to the hotel. After checking in, a welcome drink is provided in the gardens by the hotel swimming pool and a small bottle of local "Rhodian rose" cologne is presented to all the ladies and gentlemen. In the evening, a welcome dinner at the "Knights" traditional restaurant in the old Medieval town is organised.

DAY 2
The morning can be allocated for conferences at the hotel conference room or one is free to enjoy the Rhodian sun, to swim at the beach or at the hotel swimming pool. Lunch is provided at the hotel. A city tour in the afternoon, follows with a visit to the modern town along the coast, the old town, the Stadium and the Coliseum. Dinner is staged at the boat-restaurant by the harbour in the evening.

DAY 3
Following breakfast depart for a day excursion to Lindos, driving along the picturesque east coast of the island via the Kallithea spa, the village of Archangelos, a short stop to stretch one`s legs with a walk through the narrow streets bordered by white washed houses and a refreshment. Arrive at Lindos after an interesting drive along the new road. Lindos is a beautiful village dominated by the Doric Temple of the Goddess Athena. Rhodes' inhabitants boast that Lindos is Greece's prime beauty spot. Lunch at a taverna on the way to the beach, between the village and the Acropolis. Return to the hotel in the afternoon for relaxation. In the evening take part in a Rhodian night at the hotel with dinner and a Folklore show.

DAY 4
Simply relax in the morning by swimming or by taking part in some games in the hotels activity program for the day with lunch at the hotel. A tour to the northern part of the island in the afternoon, will include Filerimos, followed by the ancient city of Ialyssos, the present day city of Ialyssos and the valley of the butterflies. 

Leaving the valley one arrives at ancient Kamiros which was a very important commercial centre in Antiquity (5th century BC). The group joins in a well organised VILLAGE PARTY in the evening at the typical Rhodian village of Pastida, an experience to end the day by dining the Greel way, sipping local wine and dancing till the late hours.

DAY 5
Following breakfast a full day tour to Symi, a neighbouring island of Rhodes, with the first stop at Yalos harbour is scheduled. A stroll through the narrow streets and alleys proves fascinating. To the south of the island lies the monastery of the Archangel Michael in a beautiful location combining mountain and sea. 

After a sea food lunch at a nice harbour side taverna, sail back to Rhodes take a dip in the clear water and relax along the beach. For the evening entertainment, dinner has been organised around the illuminated swimming pool with a dancing competitition and excellent prizes to be won.

DAY 6
The whole day has been allocated for relaxation where one can walk in to the city of Rhodes for shopping or simply relax at the fine hotel beaches with lunch at the Hotel beach taverna. In the evening the farewell Gala Dinner will be accompanied by a pianist and followed by entertainment and dancing.

DAY 7
As a keepsake of your stay in Rhodes, during breakfast on departure day, Our company hosts will present you with a gift to cherish Rhodes. Finally transfer fo the airport and a farewell to Rhodes.
